BBC chair Samir Shah has told the Culture, Media And Sport Committee that he regrets the mistakes that have been made at his organisation.

Mr Shah, board member Sir Robbie Gibb and Michael Prescott, author of a leaked internal report face questions from the panel following the political storm over the selective edit of a Trump speech.
